September 2017 we started an unusual refit job on the Koopmans 47 ft ‘Boaty MCBoatface’. After several extensive sailing trips, this Aluminum sailing yacht needed some great maintenance jobs to be done and …a total make-over! If you see an orange sailing yacht with a green deck sailing in the Arctic, for sure it will be the Boaty MCBoatface!
