Jacob after almost 30 year ‘retired’

After almost 30 years (!) one of our best craftsmen, Jacob Hofstra will retire. Or well, not really retire: he will stay working at Hutting Yachts for 3 days a week!

Last Friday we organized a surprise party for him at which he received a certificate and a medal of the metal-uni for his perfect craftsmanship, and a travel-cheque for his wife and him to celebrate the retirement!

We are very lucky that he will stay working for Hutting Yachts for three days a week so he can teach the younger guys in our team. Thanks Jacob!
