Hutting 40 “Coelacanth”

Year of construction 2001 | Sold

Popular; the Hutting 40. An ideal yacht, both as a family sailing yacht and for single-handed sailing. For long-distance journeys or for trips closer to home. You can find them all over the world: from a luxurious port on Palma de Mallorca or halfway through a year-long world trip.

Ideal for long sailing trips

The Hutting 40 “Coelacanth” is an example of a classic Hutting 40: a timeless beauty. With a spacious and practically laid-out teak interior, it is very suitable for a longer stay. The yacht has 4 fixed berths and can be expanded to 6, a homely galley, and a spacious bathroom.

Hull repainted in June 2021

At the beginning of 2021, the “Coelacanth” sailed from Mallorca to Makkum. The sailing yacht has been inspected and minor maintenance has been carried out so that the sailing yacht is immediately ready for a new sailing adventure. On 30th June 2021, the hull was repainted with AWL grip and the underwater hull has also been taken care of with antifouling. The mast has been checked and minor damage has been removed. In short; an ideal sailing yacht in very good condition, ready to sail away immediately.
